These terms govern use of the Studio AZ scheduling and business-management application (the "App"), operated by Studio AZ in Minneapolis, Minnesota. By using the App you agree to these terms.

1. Who may use the App

The App is a private tool for Studio AZ staff (tattoo artists, barbers, and management) and for clients booking appointments with our studio. Staff access is provided by Studio AZ and may be modified or revoked at any time.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the App only for legitimate scheduling and business purposes related to Studio AZ.
• Do not attempt to access data belonging to other users beyond what your role permits.
• Do not interfere with, probe, or disrupt the App or its infrastructure.

3. Optional Google Calendar connection

Staff members may optionally connect a personal Google Calendar. This connection is voluntary, can be removed at any time inside the App or from your Google Account settings, and is governed by our Privacy Policy, including its Google Limited Use disclosure. Disconnecting deletes the stored tokens and synced calendar data from our systems.

4. Appointments and payments

Appointment bookings, deposits, and payments made through the App or our websites are subject to the studio's posted policies (including deposit and cancellation policies) communicated at the time of booking.

5. Availability and changes

The App is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio AZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
