Studio AZ

Studio AZ is a scheduling and business-management application. Its purpose is to run the day-to-day operations of our tattoo studio and barbershop in Minneapolis: booking and managing client appointments, keeping every staff member's availability accurate, coordinating the team's calendars, and tracking the business side of each artist's and barber's work.

What the Studio AZ app does

Appointment scheduling — clients book tattoo and barbering appointments; staff manage, reschedule, and confirm them from the app.
Team calendar — every artist's and barber's schedule in one place, so the front desk and the team always see accurate availability.
Google Calendar sync — staff members can optionally connect a personal Google Calendar (details below).
Business tools — earnings tracking, client records, and day-to-day studio operations for our staff.

How Studio AZ uses Google Calendar

Staff members can optionally connect their personal Google Calendar to Studio AZ. When connected, Studio AZ:

reads events on the connected calendar so personal commitments show as unavailable time and can't be double-booked at the studio;
adds studio appointments to the staff member's own calendar;
updates the staff member's events when they edit them from inside the app.

Calendar access is voluntary, revocable at any time, and governed by our Privacy Policy, including its Google Limited Use disclosure.
